HOW TO USE SYNAREL:
SYNAREL: SYNAREL is a nasal spray. To use this spray, first clear nasal passages by gently blowing your nose. Insert the sprayer into the nose. Sniff as you squeeze the sprayer. Release your grip after you remove the sprayer from your nose. This will prevent mucous from entering the sprayer. Gently sniff two or three more times. If you must use a nasal decongestant while using this medication, wait at least 30 minutes after using this before using the decongestant. For the treatment of endometriosis, SYNAREL is usually started between the second and fourth day of the menstrual period. The spray is usually used twice a day - one spray into one nostril in the morning, and one spray into the other nostril in the evening. Treatment should not last longer than six months. For the treatment of central precocious puberty, the usual dose is 8 sprays per day - two sprays into each nostril in the morning and evening.
