CERUMENEX DESCRIPTION:
TROLAMINE POLYPEPTIDE OLEATE - EAR DROPS (TROW-luh-meen pall-ee-PEP-tide OH-lee-ate)

CERUMENEX SIDE EFFECTS:
CERUMENEX may temporarily burn your ear for a minute or two when first applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor immediately if you develop a skin rash, itching or pain in or around the ears or if you experience dizziness or hearing trouble while using CERUMENEX. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

HOW TO USE CERUMENEX:
CERUMENEX: For best results, use CERUMENEX as directed. Apply drops to the ear(s) as follows: Wash hands first. Lie on your side or tilt the affected ear up. Place dropper directly over the ear and administer the prescribed amount of medication. Do not touch the dropper to the inside of the ear. Keep the head tilted for several minutes then insert a soft cotton plug loosely into the ear. After 15-30 minutes, remove the plug and flush the ear with warm water using an ear syringe as directed. Do not use CERUMENEX for longer than directed or use more than recommended.

CERUMENEX USES:
CERUMENEX is used to soften, loosen and remove earwax.

CERUMENEX PRECAUTIONS:
Tell your doctor if you have any illnesses or allergies. CERUMENEX should be used with caution during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.

CERUMENEX DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take especially any ear medications. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

CERUMENEX OVERDOSE:
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

CERUMENEX NOTES:
If the condition for which this was prescribed does not improve or becomes worse after a few days, consult your doctor.

MISSED CERUMENEX DOSE:
If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

CERUMENEX STORAGE:
Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light as directed.
